Federal Donuts is Opening a New Location and Joining Victory Brewing at 18th & the Parkway!
Federal Donuts took to IG to announce that they will be opening up a new location on the ground floor of The Terrace on 18th & the Parkway. “This will be our 10th shop and our biggest yet, featuring a raised patio for taking in primo views of the city while enjoying your coffee, donuts, & chicken,” the statement reads.
In case you aren’t up to speed, The Terrace is the new name of the old Embassy Suites on 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Pearl Properties will be converting the tower to a fully residential functioning building with 228 units. Federal Donuts entrance will be located on the Cherry Street side while Victory Brewing will be taking the Parkway side for their main entrance (which is the old TGI Friday’s entrance). Victory Brewing will encompass a total of 14,000 sq. ft. which will include indoor, outdoor and patio seating.
According to the Inquirer, Federal Donuts’ newest shop will provide seating for 55 total combined seating (25 outdoor and 30 indoor). Both Victory Brewing and Federal Donuts look to open late summer 2021
