Where are My Night Owls At? Here’s a List of Every Bar Staying Open Until 4 am This Week

We’re pretty sure by now that you’ve heard the buzz regarding bars staying open late for the upcoming Democratic National Convention. If you’re a local and been out to a few clubs and bars, then you’ve most likely heard out-of-towners complaining about how early things close up around here. Well it looks like things are-a-changing because our city will be the focal point of the nation, scratch that the world,so late night drinks are in order. Yes, I’ve heard the old adage that “nothing good happens after 2 am.” Well I’d like to disagree because there have been some unforgettable memories breaking night. However, I digress.

For all you night owls out there looking to experience how bars and lounges should be operating in the 5th largest city in the nation, here’s a list of every bar staying open until 4 am this week. The fact that this is even happening is cool but to be honest most of the spots on the list are not the hip night spots we tend to flock to. Instead you’ll find a ton of hotel bars and random restaurants. The Liquor Control Board put out the official list Friday. Now is your chance to take advantage. Although you may have to call into work the next day if you’re working a 9 to 5.
