Lincoln Mill Haunted House Returns With New Rooms, Characters, and Outdoor Bar Experience
One of Philly’s hottest Halloween attractions is back, Lincoln Mill Haunted House, returns to Manayunk this fall, darker and more terrifying than ever. The region’s most anticipated haunt will open its doors from now through November 2, 2025, at 4100 Main Street, with expanded activations, new rooms, and a series of haunting surprises that promise to make this season the scariest yet.
Now entering its fourth season, Lincoln Mill has evolved into a full-scale theatrical horror experience featuring 40+ live scare actors, intricate set design, animatronics, and immersive storytelling. For 2025, guests can expect three brand-new rooms, a redesigned entry and exit sequence, and a collection of new characters ready to test their fears. The attraction’s signature haunted midway and outdoor bar will also return, now joined by Horror Business, a haunted house–exclusive beer collaboration with New Ridge Brewing Co.
“Our goal this season was simple—go bigger, darker, and more terrifying,” said Co-Founder Jared Bilsak. “We wanted to build on the same level of quality and detail while introducing new storylines and scares. Each year, the fear should evolve. We don’t just create horror here; we coexist with it.”
Guests can explore the eerie, story-driven world of Lincoln Mill, where every scare connects to the haunting history of the 1930s textile mill it inhabits. The attraction’s narrative roots trace back to the real-life devastation caused by Hurricane Ida in 2021, which flooded the building and inspired the fictional lore behind the haunted house. Unlike traditional haunts built on random jump scares, Lincoln Mill unfolds like a living horror story—each room reveals a new layer of mystery, tragedy, and terror.
Adding to the experience, visitors will find photo ops, local food and drink vendors, and an expanded haunted deck overlooking the water, perfect for catching their breath between frights. Tickets start at $23 for groups and $35 for general admission, available now at www.LincolnMillHaunt.com.
Lincoln Mill’s reputation as Philadelphia’s premier haunted attraction continues to grow, with previous sellout events for its Valentine’s, St. Patrick’s, and Star Wars–inspired haunts earlier this year. For 2025, hours will extend from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with additional operating days added as the season progresses.
The creators have also launched “Built to Scare,” a behind-the-scenes documentary series chronicling the process of designing and constructing one of the region’s most elaborate haunted attractions. The series features 13 ten-minute episodes now streaming for free on YouTube and on the Lincoln Mill website, offering fans a glimpse into the artistry and intensity behind the screams.
From its cinematic storytelling to its real-life paranormal lore, Lincoln Mill Haunted House remains a one-of-a-kind experience that merges horror, history, and performance into an unforgettable night of fear. Visitors are invited to enter—if they dare—and discover why Lincoln Mill has earned its reputation as Philadelphia’s scariest haunted attraction.
