The two companies have joined forces for the first time to plan the ultimate trip to celebrate and watch the 150th renewal of, what Forbes calls, one of the “Greatest Bucket-List Sporting Events” in America. Guests will experience a weekend in Nashville with a welcome happy hour, a Honky Tonk Party on Broadway, and a bus ride to Louisville for the Derby. The Derby festivities begin on Thursday, May 2, 2024, as guests arrive at the Thompson Nashville hotel where the group will be staying for the weekend. There, they will enjoy a “Welcome Happy Hour” with food and drinks on the hotel’s rooftop to kick off the weekend.
On Friday, May 3, 2024, the group will get the chance to explore Music City before heading to Broadway for a Honky Tonk Party from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The main event takes place on Saturday, May 4, 2024, as the group will take a short 2 ½ hour bus ride to Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky to watch the 150th Kentucky Derby. Joined by over 150,000 eager spectators, guests will get the chance to dress to impress, place their bets, and make lifelong memories at one of the most iconic sporting events in the country.
