Paffuto Will be Hosting Char For a Special Pizza Residency Featuring 5 Pies and Option to BYOB
The team at Paffuto (1009 S 8th St.) are back at again with a special collaboration. From February 20th -24th, Paffuto will be hosting Char for a special residency that will feature evening hours from 4 pm-9 pm.
Guests can expect salads and apps from the Paffuto menu, as well as 5 different pies and desserts from Char. All items will be available for take-out and for those dining in, BYOB is an option.
This event will be the first dinner to be hosted in Paffuto. “The boys and I have been meaning to take sometime off to rework the menu, and thought what better time than now before we get too busy. We’ve worked with Viraj (Char) a few times, and love what he does. Rather than closing, we decided let’s have our first chef residency,” states Paffuto chef/co-owner Dan Griffiths.
“Collabs are everything to us. Paffuto wouldn’t be around without all of the collabs and support we’ve had from the city. Having different chefs come in and take over was always our dream. We’ve all worked at different restaurants over the last few years, and you sometimes get lost in it. We want to be able to provide people with the chance to make a name for themselves/showcase their food while still making money doing so,” Dan added. No reservations required.
