Valentine’s Day may be over but the perfect date night events keep rolling in. On Monday February 19th, Wisssahickon Brewing Co. (3705 W School House Ln.) will be welcoming Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. for a special ravioli making class.

Guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a hands-on experience led by expert chefs that will guide you through the intricate art of crafting the perfect ravioli from scratch. Learn the secrets of mixing and rolling the dough, creating delectable fillings, and mastering the art of shaping these delightful pockets of flavor.

The event will begin with a brief speaking program, outlining the step-by-step process of crafting handmade ravioli. Following this, guests will indulge in the very ravioli they’re about to create – for this inaugural session, it’s Molto Bene!’s delectable 3 Cheese Ravioli, served alongside a flavorful meatball and freshly baked focaccia.

In addition you’ll be guided through the intricacies of mixing and kneading pasta dough, preparing the filling, sheeting the dough, and crafting and cutting the perfect ravioli. Each guest will receive packaging to take home the fruits of their culinary labor.

In addition to the 2-hour cooking class, dinner, and a take-home ravioli creation, each ticket includes any draft or wine.  Tickets to this event are $85 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
