The South Philly Sausage Fest Returns With Breweries, Live Music, and of Course Plenty of Sausage
La Llorona Cocina & Mezcaleria will present the South Philly Sausage Fest on Saturday, September 19, from noon to 7 p.m. at Broad Street and West Passyunk Avenue. The event will feature local food, breweries, live music, craft artists and a flea market. It is open to children and leashed dogs.
Proceeds from drink ticket purchases will benefit Newbold CDC’s Public Space Beautification program.
Participating breweries and beverage vendors include Brewery ARS, Cartesian Brewing Co., New Ridge Brewing Co., Otto Distilling Company, and Second District Brewing Co.
Food vendors will include Bacon on a Stick, Deke’s BBQ, Dietz & Watson Sausage Co., Head Bangin’ BBQ, Mike’s BBQ, and Philly Pretzel Factory.
The event will feature a wide range of craft and flea market vendors, including Anthony Caroto, Jay McQuirns, Philly Yo’ Self, Thrive Flower, Hiss & That, Minnoka Brand/Breona’s Closet, Nancy Diaz, Araceli Cruz, KorbaKandles, Cozy Customized, Love City Vet, Elite Touch Floors, Winton Stained Glass, Cole’s Camo, MVS Handmade Jewelry, Renewal by Anderson, From Mine to Yours, Winola Jewelry, Sidewalk Press, Chu Homemade Blessings, Mercado de Latinas, Kakacity, Gina Flores, The Deli Collective, StevieChris, Art by J Wallace, Relax.Goldenhour, Forgotten Closet, Solar Sunglasses, Joe’s Monster Sauces, Justin Smith, Studio_Bladel, Mr Factory Art, Anna Bees Honey, Juntos, Pasa Sustainable Agriculture, and IVWoodWorks. Additional flea market and antique vendors will be present courtesy of Philadelphia Flea Markets.
