The Philadelphia Orchestra is Hosting a Special Concert With Glee & Wicked Star Kristin Chenoweth

Whether you are a fan of Broadway musicals or a film or TV junkie, chances are you’ve seen a Kristin Chenoweth performance. Beloved by millions for her iconic performances as Glinda in the original Broadway cast of Wicked and her television and film roles in Glee, The West Wing, Pushing Daisies, and Schmigadoon!, Tony and Emmy Award–winning actress and classically trained soprano Kristin Chenoweth is coming to Philly.

On Saturday May 3rd Kristin will join the Philadelphia Orchestra for a special performance of Broadway favorites and the songs that she loves best. With a voice that “defies gravity” and an irresistible stage presence, she brings an unforgettable show to the Kimmel Center’s Marian Anderson Hall.

This beguiling evening of song is led by one of Broadway’s go-to music directors, Rob Fisher, whose credits include An American in Paris, Anything Goes, and more. Fisher was the originating music director of New York City Center’s popular Encores! series of star-studded concert stagings of classic Broadway musicals.

Tickets to the upcoming performance are available now at ensembleartsphilly.org.
