The 5th Annual National Workout Day is This Weekend Featuring Boxing, Strength Training, Pilates, Cold Plunges & More

Award winning fitness trainer & health advocate, Paris Fit has teamed teamed up with Yelp and We Do Transformations to present the 5th Annual National Workout Day, one of Philadelphia’s largest free fitness events . This event will be taking place at Drexel Square (3025 Market St.) on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this community-driven wellness event is made possible by The Paris Fit Wellness Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to making health and wellness accessible to all, and We Do Transformations, a movement focused on helping individuals achieve lasting lifestyle changes.
Attendees will experience a dynamic lineup of workouts and wellness activities, including:
      •     HIIT & Strength Training with Paris Fit and We Do Transformations
      •     Boxing with expert trainers, including Alyssa, a former Rumble Boxing coach
      •     Dance Fitness with  Sweat and Heal
      •     Pilates with instructors from Club Pilates Rittenhouse
      •     Yoga for balance and relaxation
Additionally, attendees will have access to a Recovery Station featuring wellness services such as cold plunges, cryotherapy, stretching, and mobility sessions. A Vendor Marketplace will showcase local health and wellness brands, providing opportunities to connect with top-rated fitness businesses.
With an expected 500-700 attendees, this is a unique opportunity to experience an empowering day of movement, community, and education. We already have 515 confirmed. Whether you are an experienced athlete or just beginning your wellness journey, this event is designed to bring fitness, recovery, and wellness to all.
