Tambayan is Collaborating With Twisted Gingers Brewing Co. for a Special Adobo Pizza, Available For One Day Only
Love Filipino food? Love pizza? why choose? The award winning Filipino restaurant Tambayan located in the Reading Terminal Market is creating a one-of-a-kind adobo pizza in collaboration with Twisted Gingers Brewing Co. (4317 Fleming St.).
“This is our first collaboration together so we had to spice things up with the best known Filipino cuisine and create the first adobo pizza in Philly history,” stated Tamabayan owner Kathy Mirano.
Labeled on the menu as “Adobo A Go-Go,” this specially curated pizza will only be available Friday June 7th at Twisted Gingers Brewing Co. starting at 5 pm until sell out. The pizza will consist of adobo chicken, laguna mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced serrano peppers (no seeds), red onion, fried shallots, and a savory secret sauce.
