Philly Vegan Restaurant Week Returns for Its Seventh Year, Celebrating Local Cuisine and Community

Philly’s vibrant vegan dining scene is gearing up for another flavorful celebration as Philly Vegan Restaurant Week (PVRW) returns for its seventh year, running Friday, October 24 through Saturday, November 1. This nine-day event spans two weekends and will coincide with Halloween (October 31) and World Vegan Day (November 1), making it the perfect time for plant-based enthusiasts and the vegan-curious to explore the city’s diverse culinary offerings.

Philly Vegan Restaurant Week continues to serve as a platform for both vegan and non-vegan restaurants to showcase their creativity through inventive, plant-based dishes. Participating restaurants are encouraged to offer three-course prix fixe menus priced at $25, $35, or $45, or to feature special vegan menu items throughout the week.

This year’s confirmed participants include Casablanca Mediterranean Grill, Carl, Fat Salmon Sushi, Fitz on Fourth, and Nourish, with more local favorites to be announced in the coming weeks. Each menu will highlight the growing accessibility and diversity of vegan cuisine across Philadelphia — from Mediterranean flavors to Japanese fusion and comfort classics.

As with previous years, PVRW continues its tradition of pairing great food with great purpose. A portion of proceeds from participating restaurants will benefit Juntos, a community-led Latine immigrant organization based in South Philadelphia that advocates for human rights, workers’ protections, and immigrant justice. The organization’s grassroots efforts empower families and individuals to fight for dignity and equity in their communities. More information about Juntos’ mission and initiatives can be found at vamosjuntos.org.

Guests are encouraged to make reservations directly with participating restaurants, as tables often book quickly during the week. Updates on participating restaurants, menus, and special events will be posted on the official website at phillyvrw.wixsite.com/home and across social media at @phillyveganrestaurantweek.
