Pepsi will host the first-ever Pepsi Philly Eats Fest on Saturday, October 4, at Eakins Oval, bringing together the city’s passion for food, football, and live entertainment. The event runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature signature bites from nine local eateries, performances from national and local artists, and appearances from Philadelphia Eagles icons.

The festival is part of Pepsi’s Local Eats platform, which highlights food culture in major U.S. cities. Earlier this year, Pepsi launched the initiative in New Orleans with the Pepsi NOLA Eats Fest leading into Super Bowl LIX.

“Philadelphia’s food scene is one of the most exciting in the country, where decades-old staples sit side by side with bold new spots,” said Scott Finlow, Chief Marketing Officer, PepsiCo Away From Home. “After the success of Pepsi NOLA Eats Fest, we’re proud to continue using our Local Eats platform to spotlight beloved restaurants that give a city its flavor, this time celebrating Philadelphia’s rich culinary traditions and pairing these fan-favorite dishes with Pepsi.”

Festivalgoers can expect to sample dishes from nine Philly-area favorites, including:

  • Café Carmela

  • Chickie’s & Pete’s

  • Curly’s Comfort Food

  • Jacobs Northwest

  • Oregon Steaks

  • Philip’s Steaks

  • Rocco’s Italian Sausage

  • The Flavor Spot

  • Three Monkeys Cafe

In addition to food, the festival will feature live performances by Freeway, Clipse, and Ari Lennox. The Philadelphia Eagles drumline, cheerleaders, and mascot Swoop will also be on hand, alongside an appearance from Eagles legend Brian Westbrook.

To extend the celebration nationwide, Pepsi will also launch a special DoorDash gameday promotion on Sunday, October 5. Fans will receive $15 off a Philly favorite meal with the purchase of a Pepsi.

The Pepsi Philly Eats Fest is free to attend and aims to highlight both the culinary heritage and contemporary creativity that define Philly’s dining scene.
