Nannie Francos Pizza is Giving Away Pizzas to Families in Need No Questions Asked
In a time where restaurants are teetering on the brink of closure, Nannie Francos Pizza (910 S. 9th St.) is stepping up and still finding a way to give back to the community. In a recent Instagram post, the Italian Market pizzeria stated that it will give away free pizzas to families in need, no questions asked.
Owner David Franco has been operating the shop for the past two years and this is the first time his shop has promoted this giveback. Nannie Francos Pizza will offer the pizzas every Monday between 5-8 pm for takeout only. Families in need are encouraged to call the shop at 215-982-2656. The giveback will run from now until the end of the year and David Franco and crew expect to giveaway between 50-100 pizzas every Monday to families in need.
