July 14th is Con Air Day and to Celebrate PhilaMOCA Will Be Screening Con Air & Cosplay is Encouraged
During the summer months, Philly is host to many movie screenings across town. However, for fans of the blockbuster movie Con Air, here’s your chance to celebrate the flick on a very special day.
“My daddy is coming home on July 14th. My birthday is July 14th. I’m going to see my daddy for the first time ever on July 14th,” was uttered by
Cyrus “The Virus” Grissom played by John Malkovich. With these words July 14th has been dubbed Con Air Day. In recognition PhilaMOCA (531 N 12th St.) will be screening Con Air. Tickets to the screening are $13 per person and available at philamoca.org. Boarding begins at 7:30 and departure is 8 pm, cosplay encouraged.
