Gilda is Welcoming Cantina la Martina for a One-Day-Only ‘Tuesday Service’ Collaboration Featuring Menu Items With Mexican Flare
For one day only, two of Philly’s hottest culinary chefs are coming together to shake up the weekday dining routine. On February 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Cantina la Martina and Gilda will collaborate for Gilda’s first-ever Tuesday service, offering a limited-time menu that blends Mexican flavors with Gilda’s signature global perspective.
The daytime pop-up invites guests to stop by for pay-as-you-go dining, with options available for both dine-in and takeaway. Expect a thoughtful lineup of specialty drinks, pastries, sandwiches, tacos, and plated dishes—each crafted specifically for this one-day crossover.
