Pizzeria Beddia Hosts WINECAMP, a Series Spotlighting Winemakers Through Guided Tastings
Few things go together better than wine and pizza.Pizzeria Beddia’s WINECAMP series returns on Tuesday, February 24, with a special evening dedicated to the bold, expressive wines of Azienda Agricola Fongoli. Taking place from 5:00 PM at Beddia’s Fishtown location (1313 N. Lee Street), this intimate, laid-back tasting invites guests to explore the flavors of Umbria through the lens of one of the region’s most respected biodynamic producers. Tickets are $45 and available on Resy.
WINECAMP is Beddia’s ongoing series spotlighting winemakers they love—creating space for great bottles, thoughtful conversation, and a welcoming, no-frills atmosphere. This installment features four Fongoli wines, offering a dynamic range from bright and fresh to wild, distinctive, and deeply complex. Together, the pours create a mini tour of Montefalco’s terroir and Fongoli’s commitment to biodynamic winemaking.
Adding to the experience, Letizia and Ludovica Fongoli will be on hand to guide guests through the tasting, sharing insight into their family’s philosophy, vineyards, and the stories behind each bottle. Each ticket includes the four-wine flight plus a curated selection of snacks, with additional food available à la carte throughout the evening.
