Philly’s food and beverage scene will take center stage this June asĀ Field Study by Slow DrinksĀ arrives for a full day and night dedicated to cocktails, fermentation, agriculture, hospitality culture, and collaborative creativity.

The evening portion shifts to Vernick Fish, where guest bartenders and visiting teams will take over the space for a special collaborative cocktail pop-up featuring one-night-only drinks and creative menu offerings. The nighttime experience is first come, first served.
