Bottle Bar East is Hosting a Weekly Pop-Up Featuring Various Chefs From the Culinary Collective

Hey foodies, looking for the latest pop-up in the city?  Well Bottle Bar East (1308 Frankford Ave.) just launched a weekly Monday-Tuesday pop-up series that will feature members of the Culinary Collective.  For those not familiar, the Culinary Collective (5401 Tacony St. ) is a family-owned & operated collection of private and coworking commercial kitchen spaces that is home to over two dozen talented chefs, food trucks, caterers, and other local culinary brands. A rotation of chefs from the collective will pop-up at Bottle Bar East from 4-10 pm. The current schedule is as follows:

Bao & Bun Studio – March 6-7th

  • Pull pork bao bun
  • Mongolian beef bao bun
  • Kung Pao chicken bao bun
  • General Tso’s chicken bao bun
  • Kung Pao chicken wings
  • Soy garlic chicken wings

 

Angie’s Vietnamese Cuisine – March 13 -14th

  • Pho X Birria Bao Bun
  • Malanga Root Spring Rolls
  • Shrimp Toast
  • Shaken Beef
  • Vietnamese Coffee Creme Brulee

 

Chief’s 10 Smokehouse – March 20th-21st

  • Sliced Brisket Sandwich
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich
  • Pulled Chicken Sandwich
  • Mac & Meat Bowls (chopped brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken)
  • Sliced Brisket
