Bánh-Mí & Bottles is Hosting a Launch Party For a New Cocktail Menu Created By Ranstead Room’s Head Bartender
Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant Bánh-Mí & Bottles(712-14 South St.) have been working for some time to elevate their cocktail menu. During this process, owners Olivia and Tuan Phung began visiting the popular cocktail bar Ranstead Room, where they eventually decided to enlist the help of Ranstead Room’s head bartender Nico Diaz.
To celebrate their collab, Bánh-Mí & Bottles will be hosting a launch party on Monday August 14th from 6-9 pm and will feature music by DJ Curtis Remarc as well as light bites. Diaz will also be working the bar and pouring his creations.
The menu will feature nine original cocktails with” Southeastern Asian flavors through the lens of a Latin-American bartender,” Nico describes.
“Oh, it’ll be a party for sure. Tropical cocktails, house music, generous laybacks (iykyk) and cool giveaways.,” Nico Adds.
