Attention 80’s Babies The Trocadero Is Screening Spaceballs!
Ahhhh the 80’s where a magical time. It was a decade filled with timeless music and cult classic films. Perhaps one of the the top comedies to come out of the 80’s that fits this criteria is Spaceballs. It’s also one of the earliest spoof movies and you didn’t have to be a Star Wars geek to appreciate it.
When the name Spaceballs is brought up, we call can imagine taking a trip to Blockbuster and smelling the popcorn as you strolled through the aisles picking out your favorite VHS tapes. Spaceballs was one of those movies that always seemed to be “checked out.” However, you don’t have to worry about this issue next week as The Trocadero will be screening it on June 18th as part of their Movie Monday series. Showtime is at 8 pm so there’s plenty of time to head home after work and slip into your Members Only jacket and Parasuco jeans
$3 gets you in the door and goes towards drinks and snacks. This is even cheaper than Blockbuster and the best part is you don’t even have to rewind to be kind! So call out your childhood homies or a date and head over for a cool experience and enjoy a classic flick!
