Orchestra After 5 is Back with Happy Hour Fantastique Featuring Cocktail Making, a Scavenger Hunt, and Concert
If you never had a chance to attend one of Philadelphia Orchestra’s “Orchestra After 5” events, here’s one you won’t want to miss. On Monday November 21st, starting at 5 pm, The Philadelphia will host another installment this happy hour series with the new theme Happy Hour Fantastique.
“Heartbreak, obsession, and hallucinations collide in a symphonic fever dream that crescendos to chaos. Go totally mad for Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique in an Orchestra After 5 experience featuring happy hour fun, close-ups of the musicians during the one-hour concert, and an artist talkback with the stars,” organizers describe.
Guests will raise their glass at happy hour with drink specials as well as a cocktail-making demo, a photo booth, and the opportunity to explore the Kimmel Center with a scavenger hunt. This is all just pre-concert fun, because the night will culminate with a one-hour concert with featured artists Stéphane Denève
(Conductor) and Tristan Rais-Sherman (Host). Be sure to stay after the concert for a special talkback with the stars.
Tickets to Happy Hour Fantastique start at $21 and can be purchased at ensembleartsphilly.org.
