We’re Hosting A Pay-What-You Wish Mother’s Day Virtual R&B Concert With All Proceeds Going “Rock to The Future”
Mother’s Day is around the corner and for those looking for a inexpensive way to celebrate as well as help with a great cause, Wooder Ice and Wooder Ice Radio’s Lauren Rei Live has partnered with Tito’s Handmade Vodka to bring you “Soul in the City Vol. 3” a virtual R&B & soul concert streaming May 9th.
This soul soothing virtual experience is pay-what-you-wish with all proceeds from ticket sales going to Rock the Future. Rock to the Future provides student-driven music programs in a safe and supportive environment at no cost for Philadelphia youth. Their mission statement is “We believe in the power of music to improve lives, and we help our students unlock their fullest potential through the benefits of learning music. We prepare the next generation for every stage!”
So what better way to help our future musical stars then with a classic Philly soul concert highlighting some current rising stars, On the bill is male vocalist Adonai Richardson, sultry singer Dom B. and songstress Carla Gamble. These uber talented artists’ performances will also be backed by a live house band. So get ready for some great original ballads as well as a few classic hits, a perfect way to enjoy the evening with mom.
