Located on top of the parking garage on 80 S. 30th St, is a beautiful green space with an impeccable view of the city we all know and love. What makes this location even better is the fact that you can enter the space for free! Cira Green is the perfect spot to have a picnic and bring fun games to play. All you need to do is stop at a local Wawa and get some snacks, and bring whatever games you want to play from home, and there you have a date!
Penn’s Landing
Penn’s Landing is located on the waterfront of the Delaware River. This aesthetic location is filled with rainbow hammocks, lights, and games such as giant chess. There are always events happening in this location. Most events are free, and the ones that aren’t, are cheap. Penn’s Landing is also surrounded by a bunch of food stands. There are even paddle boats to go on in the water! An evening spent on the waterfront is both romantic and relaxing.
Graffiti Pier
Graffiti Pier is located on the Delaware River, in Port Richmond. The pier contains the remnants of an old factory building, filled with graffiti from random people everywhere.The pier is a nice spot to go and look at artwork, take artsy pictures, or once again have a picnic, and bring games and a speaker for blasting music.
Philadelphia Museum of Art
A museum is the perfect spot for a date. Walking around the museum gives you and your date something to do during the day, and when you are done at the museum, racing each other up the Rocky steps is a must. Adult admission to the museum is $20, and all students with I.D.’s get in for $14. If you make it in time, behind the museum is a beautiful view of the sunset, reflected off the Fairmount Water Works.

If you love food, this spot is perfect for you! The famous Reading Terminal Market is located in Center City, on 51 N. 12th St. Reading Terminal is one of America’s oldest and largest markets. The market contains about 80 different merchants. As you can imagine, the variety of foods you can buy is insane. Not to mention, the food items are fairly cheap! Which can only mean one thing…….. It’s a perfect spot for a date! After you and your date sit down and eat some yummy food, you can walk around Center City and explore.
