Philly fashion designer Milano Di Rouge has built a clothing empire with her self-named clothing company Milano Di Rouge.  With her success in the fashion world, Milano looked to pay it forward and give back to her community but in a creative way. Having seen TikTok trends where folks place money in random goods at stores, Milano wanted to do the same but in her hometown of Philly.

Milano chose a local target to carry out her charitable plan.  Watch as Milano placed $100 bills in random baby supplies for a total of $1,400.
