Want to Learn How to Brew Coffee Like the Pros? La Colombe is Hosting a Public Coffee Workshop
Here’s a workshop for all the coffee lovers out there. On Friday August 1, from 3-5 pm La Colombe in Fishtown (1335 Frankford Ave.) will be hosting a special Public Coffee Workshop.
So for those looking to learn new skills to brew the perfect cup of Joe, guests will get to learn the basics of brewing on the following brew methods:
- Chemex
- V60
- Aeropress
In addition a coffee professional from their team will guide you through the science of extraction and provide hands-on opportunities to brew on each method.
“This session also includes palate development strategies to help you better understand your personal preferences in addition to demonstrating the impact that dose, grind size, and even roasting profiles can have on our coffee recipes,” La Colombe states.
After completing the class, attendees will receive a gift to pair with your new skill set.
Equipment, coffee, and refreshments will be provided by La Colombe as we guide you through different coffee recipes. Just bring yourself and a love for coffee. Tickets to this workshop are available on Eventbrite.
