St. Patrick’s Day 2018: Where To Celebrate In Philly

Did you know Philly is ranked the third best city to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Can’t say I’m surprised because if there’s one thing we all know for sure, it’s that Philly knows how to party, with or without reason. Plus, the city has one of the largest Irish American populations in the country. No need to be Irish to enjoy the fun though.
