Say What? Joe’s Steaks is Teaming Up With Federal Donuts For a Donut Cheesesteak!

In celebration of the upcoming Septuagennial (70 year anniversary) the Joe’s Steaks  formerly Chink’s Steaks, is paying homage to other iconic Philadelphia foods by offering a rotating monthly menu of specialty items leading up to the May 2019 anniversary — when Joe Groh will celebrate with a block party on Torresdale Ave.

“Joe’s is as Philly as it gets!” Said Joe Groh, Joe’s Steaks + Soda Shop owner. “We want to celebrate our upcoming 70th anniversary with fun and tasty pairings featuring other iconic foods that truly celebrate Philadelphia.”

The meaty (and milkshake) mash-ups include, a cheesesteak sandwiched between two Honey Glazed Donuts from Federal Donuts, a Termini Bro’s Cannoli Milkshake, a Kielbasa cheesesteak boasting Port Richmond’s coveted Czerw’s Kielbasa, a Stock’s pound cake cheesesteak – which is exactly what it sounds like, delicious hand-cut rib-eye wedged between two thick slices of Stock’s pound Cake, and a Butterscotch Krimpet Tastykake Milkshake.

The specialty cheesesteaks are available every Tuesday at both locations on a limited, while supplies last basis, meanwhile the milkshakes will be available all month-long. For a calendar of the featured items, please see below:
