Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti (212 Walnut St (2nd floor) will go dark and light up the restaurant, bar and dining rooms with hundreds of candles for one of Philly’s most unique Valentine’s weekend traditions.
Valentine’s by Candlelight returns this year and expands to two days in 2025 – Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th. Pedestrians in Old City will get to see first hand the warm glow lighting up the windows and out into Historic Philly streets below.
Additionally, guests will get to enjoy a Chef’s selection of oysters to pair with champagne, and themed Valentine’s cocktails and mocktails. Menu specials include Bone-in Chicken Parmigiana special for the weekend, Antipasto All’Italiana to share (salame, mortadella, prosciutto, provolone, parmigiana, buffalo mozzarella, grilled artichokes. olives, roast peppers), Burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes and lemon confit, Crab Tacos, Tuna Tartare, Aldo’s Seafood Harvest to share (select oysters, top neck clams, shrimp cocktail and seafood salad), Mushroom Arancini, Braised Short Rib, Eggplant Parmigiana, Roasted Lamb Chops, Pan Seared Orata, Pan Seared Scallops, 16 oz. Rib Eye and more. Pasta specials will include Sea Urchin Linguine, Lobster Risotto, Beet Ravioli, Casarecce Bolognese, Rigatoni Alla Vodka, Gnocchi Gorgonzola and Langostino Fra Diavolo. Oh, and there will be special dessert options as well.
