Naked Networking Event Series is a Make-up Free Zone Where Women Connect and Support one Another!

The third, and biggest event of the Naked Networking Event series will take place at the Bok Building (1901 S. 9th Street) on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019, from 6:30pm – 9pm. Wind down over drinks + light bites from local vendors before settling into a panel discussion and workshop. October’s workshop focuses on self- empowerment and is led by the Creative Intelligence Group, where women will have the added bonus of contributing to a positive message mural that will be passed onto future women of the Naked Networking Event series.

Naked Networking Event founder, Shelby Wildgust, created the event series after a lifetime of feeling like in order to fit in, she had to wear a mask and pretend she was someone she was not. After diving into a journey of self-love & discovery, she was able to embrace the freedom and self-confidence that comes with removing the mask. Knowing that she wasn’t alone in this experience, she decided to create an event series to help women unlock the same success and support one another along the journey.

What makes this series of events so unique is the make-up removal stations that greet guests upon arrival. This somewhat ceremonial process creates a moment of vulnerability that ignites a unifying experience and stimulates raw and authentic conversations among attendees in a judgement-free zone. Whether you’re a female in a corporate career or own your own business – this event is for all women who want to break from the hustle and bustle where the masks are often necessary and take a moment to be exactly who they are.
