In a day and age where everyone seems to be counting carbs and fitness lifestyles such as cross-fit are experiencing a cult-like following the fast food wars have been heating up.  McDonald’s which is pretty much a everyone’s guilty pleasure looks to make it harder to resist with the possible 24-hour breakfast.  Currently being tested in Sand Diego, the McD’s breakfast is not healthy but we can’t say it doesn’t taste fantastic. Imagine being able to buy a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle or biscuit at say 9 pm.  For those struggling to shed lbs this is definitely bad news.
