The Philadelphia Film Society (PFS)’s mission is to utilize film’s unique capacity to engage a broad cross-section of the community, while further providing access to powerful films from around the world in order to increase education and understanding. It does so by annually producing a top-tier film festival featuring the best of American and International cinema, programming the  PFS Roxy Theater, thereby providing daily access to films and experiences from which the Philadelphia community can be further engaged and educated.

 

Glow in the Park 2015

Do you love Philadelphia’s parks? GLOW in the Park is the Fairmount Park Conservancy’s 4th annual event to showcase Philly’s amazing parks and build the next generation of park champions. Invite your friends to this unique experience of the Smith Memorial Arch glowing in the dark and hosting fellow park lovers for a night of music, food, drinks and special surprises!

 

Powerhouse 2015

Hip-Hop and R & B superstars Meek Mill, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Fetty Wap and many more artists will perform during POWERHOUSE 2015 at Wells Fargo Center on Friday, October 23. POWERHOUSE 2015 will also feature Future, Jeremih, Rae Sremmurd, Omarion, Migos and Jidenna. Artist list is subject to change.
