Philly is ringing in 2026 with one of its most festive winter traditions as New Year’s Eve Parties on Ice return to Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest on Wednesday, December 31. Set along the Delaware River, this rain-or-shine celebration combines ice skating, music, winter activities, and unbeatable views of the Visit PA New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront at 6 PM and midnight.

Two Party Sessions to Choose From

Guests can select one of two ticketed party sessions:

• Party One: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (doors open at 4:30 PM)

• Party Two: 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Each session includes access to the rink and surrounding Winterfest amenities, with prime views of the fireworks lighting up the riverfront.
