Ember & Ash Teams Up with Pizza Legend Mike Fitzick for a One-Night-Only Live-Fire Dinner on East Passyunk
Philly’s wood-fired culinary destination Ember & Ash is turning up the heat this fall with an exclusive one-night-only collaboration dinner featuring acclaimed pizzaiolo Mike Fitzick, known for his mastery of wood-fired pizza and inventive flavor combinations. The event, aptly titled Ember & Ash x Mike Fitz Pizza Party, will take place on Wednesday, November 19, at Ember & Ash (1520 East Passyunk Avenue) in South Philadelphia.
This intimate dining experience celebrates the craft of cooking over fire, featuring a six-course family-style menu that brings together Fitzick’s signature dough with Ember & Ash’s smoke-forward approach to live-fire cuisine. Guests will enjoy three small plates, three pizzas, and two desserts, all prepared on Ember & Ash’s open hearth — a centerpiece of the restaurant’s kitchen and culinary identity.
Each reservation includes a welcome beer, and the evening will unfold in timed seatings between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $75 per guest (plus tax), with participation required for the entire table.
