Booz & Brews Haunted Beer Festival Brings Spooky Sips and Entertainment, Featuring 20+ Breweries, Wineries, and Distilleries

This fall, Cannstatter Volksfest Verein will transform into a haunted playground for beer lovers when the Booz & Brews Haunted Beer & Drink Festival takes over on Saturday, October 12, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon of unlimited samples, live entertainment, and spooky fun at one of Northeast Philly’s biggest Halloween-season celebrations.

For just $35, festivalgoers can sample their way through 20+ breweries, wineries, and distilleries, all included with admission. Each ticket comes with a keepsake sampling cup, giving attendees the chance to sip craft beers, festive cocktails, seasonal wines, and more. Drink partners include Yards Brewing, Wissahickon Brewing, Attic Brewing, State Side Vodka, Urban Village Brewery, Von C Brewing, Aurora Wines, Cyrenity Sips Winery, Crooked Eye, and Go Brewing, among many others.

The spooky celebration will feature nonstop entertainment, including live sets from Ryan Bierderman, Ray Palmer, Faraway Guys, and DJ Joe. Adding to the haunted atmosphere, costumed zombies will roam the festival grounds, while guests can catch a jaw-dropping fire show and enjoy a unique Halloween-themed vibe across the venue.

Festival attendees can also indulge in bites from popular Philly-area food trucks such as Smoke House BBQ, Latin Bites, and The Little Sicilian, while browsing unique items from local specialty vendors.

Guests are encouraged to dress up in their creepiest, funniest, or most creative costumes to get into the Halloween spirit.

The event will be held at Cannstatter Volksfest Verein (9130 Academy Road, Northeast Philly), a five-acre venue decked out for the season and located right off the Academy Road exit of I-95. Free parking will be available on-site. In case of rain, the festival will move indoors, ensuring the fun goes on no matter the weather.

Booz & Brews Haunted Beer Festival promises an afternoon of craft drinks, live entertainment, and spooky fun, making it a must-attend event this Halloween season. Tickets are on sale now.
