Not sure if it’s a “thing of the past” there was definitely a time were friends gathered and met at pool halls and did a little of what was known as “socializing.”  (Oh wait, now I remember what happened, smartphones happened)  Unfortunately over the years many popular pool halls have since closed down leaving many pool sharks to swim in the shallow waters of local bars.  Fortunately as many new hip and trendier places started to pop-up, many of them installed tables for one of America’s favorite hobbies.  For those looking to get a good game in or even looking to do a little hustling on the side, we found the 15 best places to shoot pool in Philly.  Rack em’ up….
