Atlantic City Will Temporarily Allow Open Containers on The Boardwalk!
In a move that would make Nucky Thompson proud, Atlantic City is now allowing folks to carry open containers on the boardwalk. Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small is making the move temporary.
The new measure is an attempt to help businesses along the boardwalk recover from the pandemic. However, open containers are restricted to the boardwalk between Rhode Island and Sovereign Avenues. All drinks must be purchased from businesses in the restricted area.
