Assembly Rooftop Lounge, The Logan Hotel’s swanky rooftop cocktail bar and lounge, is excited to announce the launch of a new spring menu and expanded hours on Monday, April 22 as well as the return of weekend brunch on Saturday, May 4.

Starting this Monday, April 22, Assembly Rooftop Lounge will launch new spring hours; guests will be able to enjoy bites and libations with sweeping views of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from 4 pm to close every day. Additionally, new Executive Chef Sonny Ingui will launch a brand-new spring menu with seasonal appetizers and plates.

“With temperatures already hovering in the mid-60s, we’re stoked to announce that Assembly will now be open every day for Philadelphia’s outdoor dining and drinking pleasure” said Dan Russo, Assembly Rooftop Lounge General Manager. “We have new and improved menus from our new executive chef, paired with unrivaled views of the art and museum district – you can’t beat that!”

New spring menu highlights, include: Shrimp Roll ($18), served with poached shrimp, lemon aioli, chives on a brioche roll; Asparagus and Bacon Flatbread ($15), boasting asparagus, bacon lardons, ricotta cheese; Short Rib Taco ($18) with short ribs, lime crema, red cabbage slaw; chef’s selection Cheese Plate ($16) and Charcuterie Board ($16), among the mix.

The new spring cocktail menu from Bar Manager Abigail Remington will boast seasonal and refreshing libations perfect for al fresco sipping, including: Rose Gold Margarita ($15), rose petal infused Cazadores Reposado, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Rose Petal Agave, lime juice, orange blossom water; Old Cuban ($14), Cruzan Rum, Mint Garapa, pineapple shrub, lime juice, sparkling rosé; Cobra Kai-Ball ($16), Monkey Shoulder, Laphroaig, black tea, spiced orange and turmeric syrup, lemon juice, club soda.

Additionally, for those looking for a new brunch spot, Assembly Rooftop Lounge will launch its über-popular weekend brunch on Saturday, May 4th. Brunch will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 2 pm through the summer season.

Guests can enjoy the 180 degree view of Logan Square while enjoying brunch bites such as Crab Hash ($18), crab, potatoes, onions, red pepper hollandaise, fried egg; Bacon Breakfast Flatbread ($16) with bacon, jalapeno, caramelized onion, roast potatoes, mozzarella, fried egg, mornay; Smoked Salmon Bagel ($15) with smoked salmon, pickled red onion, capers, mini bagel, dill crème fraiche; Shrimp and Avocado Toast ($16), served with shrimp, lemon aioli, chives, avocado, toasted baguette; among the mix.

Brunch cocktails include: Frosé ($14), served with rosé, cocchi rosa, dry vermouth, strawberry, lemon; Frozen Aperol Spritz ($14), boasting Aperol, elderflower, orange, grapefruit, lemon, prosecco; Spring Garden ($16), Stateside Vodka, yellow chartreuse, green bell pepper and cucumber oleo-saccaharum, thyme; among the mix.

Assembly Rooftop Lounge is located on the ninth floor of The Logan Hotel at 1840 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
