Art, Food, Drinks, Live Music and a Barbie Theme are Happening at The Art Museum’s Friday Night Lounge

If you’re still riding the Barbie wave, there’s yet another event happening but this time in a place you’d least expect. The Philadelphia Museum of Art has been hosting their weekly Friday Night Lounge series which features food, drinks, and of course art. This Friday August 4th, the series will honor the viral Barbie phenomenon with a special theme from 5 pm -8:30 pm.

The event will feature themed sourced spirits and wines, tasty small plates, and live music. Guests will also get to enjoy a late stroll in their galleries, discover a new favorite artist, and rediscover the museum for yourself. The best part is that this event is pay-what-you-wish.

Barbie-themed cocktails include:

• “Life in Plastic”: white rum, lemonade, strawberry, kiwi syrup
• “Barbie Tingz”: stateside vodka, lemon, prickly pear, simple syrup
• “I’m just Ken”: bluecoat gin, blueberry, mint, lemon, club soda
• “Barbenheimer”: cava, lemon, orange
