Do you have an extra $17,500 a Month Laying Around? Then You Can Rent Chase Utley’s Penthouse
For any ballers out there and have some cash to burn, Phillies star second baseman, Chase Utley just put his Washington Square penthouse up for rent. Originally the penthouse located at The Ayers was on the market for sale for a cool $4.3 million but after there were no takers, Utley decided renting the place out would be a better option.
So what does $17,500 a month get you? Well for starters this spot was converted from 2 unites into 1 unit, making it a triplex. In total this pricey pad is 4,500 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, entertaining space, wine storage, private elevator and 2 en-suite guest bedrooms.
The Utleys bought the posh pads in 2008 for $4.1 million and merged the units to make a unique space that has a house feel. Since then the Utleys have moved with their son to another home and are looking to get some cash flow from this triplex.
If you are in the market for a new home and have a MLB budget then you may want to jump on this spot it looks like a home run.
