The Philadelphia Film Society is Screening Throwback Movies Including State Property, RoboCop, The Godfather & More
If you’re looking for a little nostalgia and want to relive some classic flicks on the big screen, you’ll be happy to know that The Philadelphia Film Society will be screening a host of throwback flicks at both the Philadelphia Film Center (1412 Chestnut St.) and The PFS Bourse Theater (400 Ranstead St.).
The blast from the past lineup kicks-off this week with RoboCop and Hackers on November 10th. Both locations will then screen the Godfather on November 11th the then Singin’ in the Rain on November 12th.
For those looking for a little more modern day throwback, the BeReel Black Cinema Club will be screening the Philly classic State Property as part of the celebration of 50 years of HipHop on November 16th. See the full line-up of throwback movies below.
