The Prime Rib, has ben voted the #1-Zagat rated contemporary fine dining restaurant now their looking to bring their talents to the brunch world. Located within Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia guests will now be able to order from their newly rolled out brunch menu.
Beginning April 4, 2021, Prime Rib will offer an elevated, chef-driven brunch experience every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The program features a great selection of signature classics to get your Sunday funday started off right.
The newly developed menu features an upscale array of classic-with-a-twist items, including brunch caviar, crab cake eggs benedict, duck confit hash, ciabatta French toast, steak & eggs, a lobster BLT sandwich and more. The experience transcends into The Prime Rib’s thoughtful beverage program, featuring creative handcrafted cocktails with high-quality ingredients, including the Venetian Sunrise, a chilled espresso drink with Amaro, Kahlua and a skewered cherry, and the Pear Tree Bellini, a fruity-fresh take on the classic prosecco cocktail.
