Now-July 5th | Adventure Aquarium
As part of Dinosaurs of the Deep, visitors will get the chance to come face-to-face with a 34-foot Liopleurodon, one of the oceans’ most dangerous predators, view a life-sized coral reef teeming with trilobites, touch a horseshoe crab at the “Touch a Living Dinosaur” exhibit and become a paleontologist by examining a variety of fossils.
June 20th | 10 am | Spruce St. Harbor Park
Aqua Vida returns to Spruce Street Harbor Park this June for another invigorating, sun-soaked season of Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga on the banks of the Delaware. As Philly’s only floating yoga studio, Aqua Vida has joined with Spruce Street Harbor Park, which is rapidly becoming Philadelphia’s go-to summer hang out spot, to bring the summer vibe full force to the city. With more classes and some of Philadelphia’s most talented yoga instructors joining the community, Aqua Vida is proud to have brought Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga to our vibrant city. Classes begin June 17th and run Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Saturdays (TBD, we flow with the tides, so the schedule will vary week to week)! Classes will run through September 26.
The Philadelphia Latino Film Festival

The Philadelphia Latino Film Festival (PHLAFF) previously known as the Filadelfia Latin American. PHLAFF’s venue will be The University of the Arts and the lineup includes, among others; Yo Soy la Salsa, El Libertador, Canción de Barrio, The Lookout, The Last Colony, and Cuatro Lunas.
26th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival

Head to Manayunk on Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st for the 26th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival. The Manayunk Development Corporation (Manayunk.com) is proud to celebrate 26 years of presenting the best variety of fine arts and crafts from across the county.

The 21st annual Philadelphia Portuguese Heritage Festival, part of the PECO Multicultural Series, is designed to bring attention to the Portuguese-American immigrant’s contributions to the city of Philadelphia. A variety of traditional foods and Portuguese wines will be available for sampling and for purchase. Revolutionary art, folklore dance groups, international music, and the traditional blessing of the fleet aboard the Tall Ship Gazela will help Philadelphians learn and celebrate Portuguese culture.
