Just in case any of you artsy people were up in arms about us shunning the paint classes, we threw in this gem. Let’s face it everyone and their mother has done a paint night why not do something a little different like customize glass while sipping on your favorite vino. Participants in this class will get a chance to create their own wine bottles, cheese tray, & glass coasters. Pretty much everything you need for your next BYOB session. Classes and times vary so call ahead!

Created by Bucks County natives Bill Cannon and Drew Ferry, Keystone Mini-Golf and Arcade that features 9 holes as well as vintage arcade machines and is located at 161 Cecil B. Moore. The overall ambiance of the place is described as 50’s Americana. The places itself is actually indoors with large garage style doors that open up to give the place an airy feeling on nice days. The best part is that this place will be BYOB.
BYOB Comedy Show & Improv

Nothing goes better with a drink than great laughs. The Brewery may be a BYOB comedy show but they serve up some of the best performances in town. The ensemble are recent winners of the Best Recurring Comedy Show at the 2015 Philly Comedy Awards, one trip here and you’ll see why. Treat yourself to an awesome show that includes improv and sketch comedy. The crowds have been swelling so make sure you come early as tickets are only sold at the door and at $5 a pop, it’s a steal. Upcoming shows include February 13 & 27th, March 13 & 20th, April 3 & 17th. Doors open at 7:30pm, shows start at 8pm.

This one is for all you DIY lovers. If you consistently find yourself with a honey-do list as long as your sleeve then you may want to gather some friends and check out this cool workshop on how to paint and refinish furniture. Many of us have old pieces laying around or looking to get antique pieces to decorate an office or living space. So why not get professional tips and enjoy a bottle of wine in the process. Classes are held weeknights from 7pm-10pm and Saturday from 2pm-6pm, by appointment. Classes are located in Manayunk. You will learn a variety of techniques to paint furniture and even have the option of bringing your own piece to refinish.

Some liquid courage definitely helps the nerves when singing in front of others. So for all of you son birds out there, this is a casual folk and pop vocal group, working primarily on harmony, group performance and ear-training. This is great for the hobbyist singer who wants to learn more about music and harmony while creating a weekly practice of vocal exercise. The teacher will lead the group in arranging harmonies to songs based on group interest. Meeting regular evenings each week, students will tackle group pop, folk, and r&b songs. With some attention to technique, this class will strongly emphasize ear, performance, and understanding musical relationships
