The 2nd Annual Queer Pride Night Market Returns to South Street With Food, Craft Vendors, and Drag Performances
The South Street Headhouse District is proud to announce the return of the Queer Pride Night Market, taking place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Following a successful inaugural event, this year’s celebration is expanding to span two blocks of South Street between 5th and 7th Streets, bringing together an even larger showcase of queer-owned businesses, artists, performers, makers, and community organizations.
Held during Pride Month, the free outdoor event celebrates the diversity, creativity, and resilience of Philadelphia’s LGBTQIA+ community through an evening filled with shopping, food, music, drag performances, and community connection.
South Street has long served as both the geographical and cultural fringe of Center City Philadelphia. Throughout its history, the corridor has been a haven for artists, activists, entrepreneurs, and communities that have challenged convention and embraced self-expression. The Queer Pride Night Market continues that tradition by creating a welcoming space where every corner of the LGBTQIA+ community can gather, celebrate, and be seen.
“South Street has always been a place where individuality thrives,” said Eleanor Ingersoll, Executive Director of the South Street Headhouse District. “The Queer Pride Night Market celebrates the incredible creativity and diversity of Philadelphia’s LGBTQIA+ community while highlighting the queer-owned businesses, artists, and organizations that help make South Street such a vibrant and inclusive destination.”
Visitors can browse dozens of vendors featuring art, fashion, vintage goods, ceramics, gaming, home décor, flowers, textiles, jewelry, and more. Participating businesses and artists include South Street favorites such as South Street Art Mart, Loomen Labs, B-Bop Vintage, Philadelphia AIDS Thrift, Philly Game Shop, Crash Bang Boom, Philadelphia Erotic Gallery, Stitch and Destroy, and many more local makers and creators.
In addition to shopping, attendees can connect with community organizations and activity tables hosted by groups including Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens, the Mütter Museum, Fabriq Spa, Queer Clay PHL, Approved Textile, Your Gay Lawyer, and other organizations serving Philadelphia’s LGBTQIA+ community.
Food and drink offerings will be available from neighborhood favorites including Tattooed Mom, Tamalex Bar & Grill, Humpty’s Dumplings, Korea Taqueria, and Piece of Fruit.
The evening will also feature a lineup of drag performances by Sir Donyx, Ginger Puss, En Plastic, Eboni X Pyre, Miss Thing, Marcus G, and Mew Ikki, alongside DJ sets coordinated by Soup Philly, creating a lively soundtrack for the celebration.
As one of Philadelphia’s most unique Pride Month events, the Queer Pride Night Market offers visitors the opportunity to shop local, support queer-owned businesses, discover emerging artists, and celebrate community in the heart of one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods.
