Tour Some of Philly’s Top Wedding Venues and Meet 150+ Vendors at the Philadelphia Wedding Walk
The Philadelphia Wedding Walk is returning on March 22, offering couples the chance to explore 10 of the city’s most sought-after wedding venues and meet more than 150 top wedding vendors—all in one afternoon.
Unlike traditional bridal expos or venue open houses, the Philadelphia Wedding Walk is designed as a fully immersive wedding planning experience. Each participating venue will be staged as if a real wedding is taking place, giving couples a realistic look at what their big day could feel like. Throughout the afternoon, couples and guests can tour some of the city’s most iconic venues, including:
- City Winery Philadelphia
- Fitler Club
- Liberty View at Independence Visitor Center
- Lilah
- Moshulu
- The Notary Hotel
- Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts
- Philadelphia Distilling Company
- Vaux Studio
- W Philadelphia
Each venue will feature styled ceremony and reception spaces complete with decor, florals, lighting, entertainment, curated food and drinks, and a wide range of wedding professionals.
More than 150 vendors will be participating, including planners, photographers, florists, glam teams, entertainment companies, and more.
Instead of scheduling separate meetings across several weekends, couples can meet potential vendors and experience venue setups all in one day.
Guests will be able to explore the venues at their own pace, enjoy bubbly and small bites, and gather inspiration for their wedding day.
Schedule
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | VIP Brunch
VIP ticket holders will kick off the day with an exclusive brunch at Fitler Club. Guests will receive early access, coffee from Pilgrim Roasters, swag bags, and exclusive giveaways.
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. | The Wedding Walk
Guests can begin at any of the participating venues, pick up their event badge, and explore the city’s wedding spaces while meeting vendors and enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment.
12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Shuttle Service
A continuous shuttle loop will connect all ten venues, allowing guests to easily travel between stops throughout the afternoon.
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. | After Party
The event wraps up at City Winery Philadelphia with an after-party featuring live music from the Bachelor Boys Band, cocktails, and a final celebration with vendors and guests.
