You Can Cook Along Jose Garces During “Carry Out with Cochon” A National Celebration of All Things Pork!

Attention pork lovers, a virtual experience with one of Philly’s top chefs will be taking place next Month.  Carry Out with Cochon is bringing a multi-sensory culinary experience celebrating all things pork from nose to tail. Launched in 2020 to support the local hospitality industry, the virtual dinner makes stops across country and features a four to five course menu curated by award winning chefs.

Each meal is complimented with wine and cocktails, plus a few special surprises, all of which are packaged and ready for pick up from the participating restaurant (meals can also be delivered). Once you’ve secured your feast, join the featured chef via Zoom to learn how to complete your dish and plate your selections like the pros. All that’s left is raising a glass and enjoying a delicious meal.

For Philly residents, acclaimed chef Jose Garces will be the featured cook on May 12th at 7 pm and will be presenting a one-of-a-kind virtual dinner via Zoom.  During the 45-minute live Zoom, Chef will demonstrate how to make the featured dishes while the guests cook along from home. The remaining dishes will be fully pre-prepared, ready to heat and serve with pickup available from Distrito (3945 Chestnut St.).
