What You Need to Know About the Lego “Brick Bar” Coming to Philly in February
If you haven’t heard theres a traveling bar that is making international rounds and was scheduled to make a stop in Philly this November. The Brick Bar however is no normal popup bar, it’s a bar made up of Legos with interactive activations to play and relive your childhood all while getting tipsy. There has been a slight delay in the opening now the bar will be coming to town this February. So if you’re thinking of checking it out, here’s what you need to know about the popup Brick Bar.
It’s Only in Town for 2 Days!
That’s right this is an extremely limited popup. The Brick Bar will be in town Friday February 28th and Saturday February 29th (Yes, it’s a leap year). “This unique bar will be sold on a first come first serve basis with tickets limited and will only run for two nights so get them while you can.” So if you’re on the fence you should get on it ASAP. Tickets are range from $15 -$20 can can be purchased here.
You Can Only Be in the Bar 90 Minutes
That’s right, although you’ll pay a dub to get in, your time in The Brick Bar is limited. Time slots go as follows:

You definitely don’t want to walk around barefoot here and accidentally step on a spare Lego, ouch! The Brick Bar is made up of over 1 million blocks and will have activations such as a Lego built ping pong table made of over 22,500 blocks! The bar will feature sculptures made completely from building blocks as well as an abundance of blocks for people to shape into their own creations. There will also be local DJ’s spinning tunes all day.
The Actual Location is a Secret!
Unfortunately we can’t say where it is because we don’t know. No one knows. However, on their Eventbrite page they entered the 19123 zip code so this could be a clue that it will be in the Northern Liberties section of town. Already known for its pop-ups including Pod Park, Bustello and Vans skate park, its a magnet for brands. So we wouldn’t be surprised if we see the Brick Bar pop up in NoLibs.
