Wawa is Giving Away Free Coffee Thursday for Wawa Day
Coffee lovers will get to celebrate a very special day this week with a complimentary cup of joe. That’s right, each year Wawa celebrates their anniversary with FREE coffee. So this Thursday April 11th stop by any Wawa and enjoy a free any size coffee on the house.
This year marks Wawa’s 55th Anniversary. If you’re not up on Wawa history, on April 16, 1964, Grahame Wood opened the very first Wawa Food Market at 1212 MacDade Boulevard in Folsom, PA. That store remained in operation until June 17th, 2016 when it was closed in favor of a Super Wawa down the road. In celebration, Wawa held a parade from the original location to the new Super Wawa opening day.
