The Schuylkill Banks is Hosting a Series of Moonlight Kayak Tours in Philly!

If you’re looking for a fresh new date idea or simple a cool outing with friends and family, The Schulykill Banks has a cool option.  This summer from June 22nd until mid-September you can Kayak along the Schuylkill under moonlight and take in a view of Philadelphia you’ve never experienced before.

These tours are professionally guided tours that will take place between Walnut Street Dock and Fairmount Water Works and includes 1/2 hour of instruction and 1 hour on the water (Moderate exertion level).  The cost of the tours are $50/person ($5/person discount available for groups of 5 or more people on this tour).

Tours are led by Hidden River Outfitters. Children under age 8 not permitted. Participants age 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult, and must paddle in a tandem kayak with that adult. Waivers must be signed by all adult participants and the parent or guardian of participants under age 18. See list of dates below.

Bonus!  Check out the Dates and Times for Graffiti Pier Kayak Tours!

Paddle 6 miles with us to one of Philadelphia’s most Instagrammable locations: Graffiti Pier. We’ll pass by this landmark location and see it from the water. Penn Treaty Park will be another stop on this kayaking adventure. This excursion is best suited for intermediate to advanced paddlers. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Cost is $45 per person.
