Although the COVID-19 pandemic has created many dark moments globally, the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to shed a little light and help out soon-to-be newly weds with free wedding ceremonies.

Normally to tie the knot at Lincoln Financial Field it would cost you about what a NFL player makes per game.  That’s right prepare to cough up about $30,000 to say I do at the home of the Super Bowl 52 champs. However, the Eagles are offering the sweetest deal possible of Free 99 to frontline workers and couples who had their wedding canceled due to the pandemic.

Those looking to take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime offer will be able to have the field as a free ceremony.  With everything there is a catch.  Anyone who books will have to sign up for one of the reception packages which start off at $50 a head.

This deal would be solely for the venue so catering will not be covered.  Either way it’s still a sweet deal especially for any Eagles fans looking to get hitched.

The breakdown for wedding packages are as follows:

  • Touchdown Club- up to 125 guests for $65 per person
  • Hyundai Club – 125 to 150 guests for $70 per person; 151 to 300 guests for $50 per person
  • Tork Club- 200 to 299 guests for $70 per person; 300-plus for $50 per person
  • Custom wedding welcome signs; tables, banquet chairs, and linens; all taxes and service charges; A/V capabilities; and cleaning needs are part of the packages. The Hyundai and Tork venues also feature a dance floor rental.
